All sales are final unless the item(s) received is defective, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving. The item must be in the original packaging. The item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

There is a 25% restocking fee for refunds. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you immediately of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING

Item(s) will be shipped domestically to you within 5 - 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional amount, upon request. We are not able to ship to a P.O. box or an APO at this time, but we can try to accommodate other requests. Please allow custom color items to be shipped within 7 -14 business days.

SHIPPING ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Item(s) will be shipped once they are in stock on the estimated date domestically, within 3 - 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available, for an additional amount, upon request.

SHIPPING ON RETURN ITEMS

You, the customer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
