SJ2KProjects currently ships to the United States and International. We are not always able to ship to a PO box or an APO, but we can try to accommodate your request.


DIGITAL SHIPPING

Digital items will be shipped via e-mail as a PSD., PNG., PDF., or JEPG to your e-mail zipped with a password of your choosing unless other methods of shipping are requested.

All "service" shipping is FREE via USPS 3 - 5 Business Days within the United States.

 

Merchandise shipping – Flat Rate - $4.99 - Shipped within 5 - 10 Business Days.

 

Next Day shipping within the United States - Flat Rate - $25.00

 

All International shipping - Flat Rate - $20.00
 

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

 

All products are refundable under specific conditions:

 

(a). If no work has been completed, 100% of fee is refunded to the Customer if cancels.

 

(b.) If only penciling has been completed, $25% of fee owed to SJ2KProjects by the Customer.

 

(c.) If digital inking is completed, 50% of fee owed to Customer by SJ2KProjects. 

 

(e.) In the event of cancellation by SJ2KProjects; 100% is refunded to the Customer.

 

 

All products are non-refundable under specific conditions:

 

(a.) SJ2KProjects makes two contact attempts within 48 hours of each other to Customer via phone call, text message or e-mail for confirmation and sanction to commence work or other requests but no response is made after 14 days of check/credit card payment.

 

(b.) After penciling or digital inking is complete, SJ2KProjects makes two attempts within 48 hours of each other to contact the Customer via phone call, text message or e-mail to proceed with the next stage of Product but no response is made after 14 days of second attempt.

 

(c.) Customer agrees to the Finalized Product(s)

 

(e.) Finalized Product(s) arrives intact. If item(s) is damaged due to shipping, please email contact@sj2kprojects.com with the order number along with a photo and/or description of the issue.

TAXES

Customers with billing addresses in the state of Arizona will be charged taxes on the purchase of physical items.
