ORDER DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

 

All orders require detailed description, photo, and/or image in order to complete Customer's product. Customer must contact SJ2KProjects Design via phone call or e-mail for confirmation and sanction to commence work. 

 

PURCHASES

Payments can be made with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, America Express, and Discover), bank transfer, money order or check along with your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that SJ2KProjects you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to us is legit, correct and complete. Please wait until check(s) or money order(s) has clear for SJ2KProjects to commence work. Please write memos, money orders, or checks to SJ2KProjects as "SJ2KPROJECTS LLC C/O SHAMAR JACKSON."

SJ2KProjects reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.


RIGHTS/ROYALTY

All usage right reserved to Customer of Finalized Product(s). The Customer grants SJ2KProjects permission via text, e-mail, or written agreement to display the original penciling, digital inking, and/or the Finalized Product(s) for promotional use only. Unless granted via text, e-mail, or written agreement, usage of the Customer's full name on any of the work for promotion is prohibited. Any reselling of the original penciling, digital inking, and/or Finalized Product(s) is strictly prohibited by SJ2KProjects and deemed liable if legal actions are taken.


OWNERSHIP AND RETURN OF ARTWORK

Only the Finalized Product(s) is owned by the Customer. The original penciling, digital inking and/or the finalized documents shall remain with the SJ2KProjects as backup or for promotional use only, unless otherwise stated.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The acknowledgment requirements are;

 

(a.) The Customer acknowledges the Finalized Product(s) was done by the SJ2KProjects if inquired by others.

 

(b.) Unless otherwise stated above, SJ2KProjects must acknowledge that the Finalized Product(s) is owned by the Customer company when self-promoting.

 

SJ2KProjects can only display Finalized Product(s) for promotional use only after Customer has done so publicly whether it be on documentation, merchandise, advertisement or social media.


LIABILITY/COPYRIGHT

The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the SJ2KProjects against any and all claims, liability, cost, and expenses, including attorney fees, due to material in the artwork at the request of the Customer for which no copyright permission was granted.


TERM AND CONDITION CHANGES

SJ2KProjects reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
